How many people does the cabin sleep? 10 people can comfortably sleep at the cabin. There are three bedrooms.  Two of the bedrooms have queen size log beds.  The third and larger bedroom has two full sizes beds.  There is a rollout bed in the couch in the living room, and a single futon mattress. 
Where is the Webb Lake cabin? The lake cabin is in Webb Lake, in Northwestern Wisconsin approximately 17 miles east from Danbury, 25 minutes north from Spooner, and 45 minutes west from Hayward.
What is the lake like? Long Lake is 251 acres and 41 feet deep with an average depth of 18 feet.  The water quality is clear, secchi disk reading of 21 feet. The bottom is 95% sand and 5% gravel. There is public access on the south side of the lake.
How is the fishing on Long Lake? Northern pike, bluegill, and largemouth bass are abundant. Black crappie, pumpkinseed, and rock bass are common. Walleye are present. There is no fish health advisory for Long Lake.
What outdoor activities are nearby? In the warm months, there is swimming, water skiing, other water activities, golf, tennis, biking, horse shoes, and ATV riding.  In the winter, there is cross country skiing, show shoeing, ice fishing, ATV Trails, and over 300 miles of snowmobile trails.
Is there indoor activities? The house has a beautiful four season pool room with a southern exposure.  The pool room has an indoor, in-floor, five person hot tub; a regulation 8 foot knotty pine pool table with brick colored felt, a log cedar pub table & stools, wet bar & bar refrigerator.
What if we don't have a boat or snowmobile? In the warm months, there is a 14 foot aluminum fishing boat with a 6 HP motor included in the cabin rental.  In the winter, there is a snowmobile available to rent for $125.00 per each day of your rental.
What is required to reserve dates? The cabin can be reserved by a down payment of one half of the rental rate.
What if we haven't reserved dates, but we may want to spur of the moment head north? If the cabin is available, we would love to have you.
Can I get my down payment back? Your one half down payment is non-refundable.  However, if you cancel more than 90 days prior to arrival you can reschedule and use your down payment for up to one year from your original reserved dates.  Cancellation within 90 days of arrival is loss of the deposit.
How are reservations prioritized? The Webb Lake lake home is rented on a first come first serve basis. 
What if we like the cabin and want to reserve dates again? Prior renters will be given first priority over the same dates in the year following reservation.
Is there any financial incentive to reserve future dates? If you reserve future dates within 30 days of your stay, you get a ten percent (10%) rental off your next rental fee.
Is there a phone? There is a land line. There is no charge for the first $10.00 of long distance per stay.  Additional amounts will be billed to your credit card or deducted from your deposit.
Is there TV? The cabin has DirecTV satellite television with many movie channels including Showtime, Starz, Encore.  There is color TV in the family room, and a wall mounted color TV in the pool room.
Can we have pets? Yes, pets are allowed.
Do we need firewood? No, there is a large wood shed with many cords of wood for your use.  The cabin has a wood stove that is a secondary heat source to the energy efficient propane furnace.  There is a fire pit overlooking the lake, and a 1 cord wood rack.
Is there a grill? Yes, there is a gas grill on the patio by the fire pit.
Is a damage deposit required? Yes, $1,000 cash or Visa. Your Visa card charge will be closed after the home is inspected and inventoried.
Do I have to sign anything? There is a short license agreement. Go to t&c's.
